The #1 Reason You’re Not Getting Results
If you’re struggling to get the results, or can’t seem to even get off the couch to get started, I have good and bad news for you.

Ok, here’s the number one reason you are struggling to reach your goals:
It’s you…..the mountain is literally you.
(I say this with nothing but love, btw, my mountain is me as well so I’m right there with ya.)
You are in your own way, sabotaging, procrastinating, perfecting, hiding, making excuses.
But it’s NOT because there is something morally or inherently wrong with you.
It doesn’t have anything at all to do with your character, capabilities or your self discipline.
It’s so much simpler than that.
You just haven’t been taught how to identify the unconscious thought patterns that are running in the background and keeping you stuck.
This is the best news ever.
We all have automatic unconscious thinking that is the literal filter with which we perceive and direct ourselves and our lives.
Imagine, your brain constantly constructing filters, rules, stories and triggers based on its perception of your experience of life. And imagine going your entire life not knowing what the filters, rules, and stories are…..
This is why we life feels out of our control.
This is why we sabotage our own success.
This is why we play small.
And this is why we quit too soon or never start at all.
Our unconscious thinking is like an unsupervised toddler making rules but never running anything by us for approval.
Our brains need regular decluttering and clean up and it’s not as hard as you might think.
The first step is to start to become aware of the stories your brain is telling, one of the best ways is to get your thoughts out of your head and on paper.
Journaling is perfect, but NOT the rainbows and gratitude kind.
We want to bring to the surface the other thoughts too, the ones we might not want to take a look at, but think about it, they are already playing on repeat and dictating our lives.
I invite you to question the thoughts you find:
Is it true?
Is it useful?
Is it getting me the results I want?
It’s amazing how quickly some of these life long thinking patterns can just fall away when they are brought into the light.
